Hockey - How to Win 95% More Face Offs
Print This Article Ezine Publisher Send To Friends Add To Favorites Post A Comment Suggest Topic Report Author

Here is the exercise or technique that you should try:

1. Have two hockey players face each other. Now tell Hockey player A to start counting in his mind at 100 miles per hour or to imagine that he is going 100 miles per hour.

2. Tell hockey player B not to speed up his mind and just do the face off in the regular way.

3. Player A will win 4 out of 5 face offs by using this internal fast speed in his mind.

Note: The reason this technique works is that player A is speeding up his mind to act and react at hyper speed. Also it helps him to time the proper physical movement to react at the right time with the proper reflex action.

Then you reverse the above scenario by asking player A to not use the speeding up of the mind technique and tell player B to start doing this acceleration of speed up to 100 miles per hour his mind.

What you'll find now is player B will win 4 out of 5 or even 5 out of 5 face offs.

Important Points:

Make sure your don't tense up your body when using this internal speeding of your mind technique. Just let your body be not tense or relax, but in an in between state and everything should work out properly.

Review:

- The player that wants to win more face offs should speed up his mind by concentrating that his movements will be at 100 mile per hour.

- The same player shouldn't be tense or relax but in an in between state.

- Just let the timing and reflex of movements flow automatically.

- You shouldn't think of anything else in your mind but the speeding up of the mind at a 100 mile per hour speed.
